On the one hand, due to Covid that made wood prices triple, I could not have hired a contractor to erect a shed and buy the material and come anywhere close to what I paid for the Shed Liquidator's shed, i.e. it was a lot less. On the other hand, the shed is approx 95% pressed wood. In addition, it wasn't until after the installer left that I was able to discern several areas that were erected out of line. Further, prior to installation, I invested alot of effort to square the shed location with the back of the house. However, the installer proceeded very quickly simply to erect the shed and then leave. I must say that it was evident that he put up very sheds in the past. Just wished he would have slowed down and listened to me. In the end, the shed is not square but is something I can live with. I consider the shed, even with the installation issues to still be a good value.

- We will contact you within 3 business days after purchase to schedule a tentative shed installation date
- 3' of clearance around your entire building is required. 4' if larger than 160 sq. ft.
- Installation site needs to be cleared and prepared to within 6" of level
- Check with your HOA for any special or outdoor building code requirements
- Access to electricity required within 150' of build site
- Prices do not include painting, optional accessories, permits, zoning, excavating, slab, set back advice, out of level or delivery beyond 50 miles
- We will install on concrete slab in place of wood floor. Slab must meet size and level requirements. No price adjustment or floor materials will be given due to additional labor and concrete anchors required
- Painting is not included purchase. We recommend painting the exterior of our storage sheds with a quality latex paint and caulk all critical joints. Our warranty requires that all exposed surfaces on this 16 x 10 storage shed to be painted within 30 days of installation
