When choosing the size of your new shed it’s important to consider several factors: floor space, overhead and wall hanging space, walk-around space, and workspace (if needed).
Yard Location
When deciding where to put your shed, make sure you decide on a spot that is in a high area of your yard, allows for 3 ft. of clearance on all sides, and is level. If your ground is not level, read our guide on how to easily prepare your yard for a level shed. Also, be sure to consider a spot in your yard that lets in the most sunlight.
Homeowner’s Association/Permits
Check with your HOA or local municipality to ensure your shed meets any restrictions on building sizes, siding, roof type, and foundations. Shed Liquidators is not responsible for obtaining permits.

We will contact you a few days after placing your order to schedule your installation. Our installation lead times are about 4-8 weeks from the order date, and you will get text message updates throughout the process. The installer will arrive with your shed kit ready to install on-site.

USOverall everything was very good! I am concerned about how the person that installed and built our shed did with the leveling. The space we pointed out was not leveled and he used random bricks we had around the yard to level the shed. It does not seem fully secure from my perspective and we have had to add extra things to feel safe.
United Statesthe shed was not built the way i told the installers i wanted it, also the extra material i purchased for the shed did not come, the company backyard product was not accommodating at all, i have to wait another 2 week for my installation to be finished. on top of that the company was not going to send me everything that was suppose to come with my shed install i had to call 3 times for this issue to get corrected, overall experience was not pleasant
The shed is great, but what impressed me the most was the guy who installed it. He did the entire thing by himself and worked in the dark in order to get it done. In fact, all of the customer service was excellent. I ran into a snag with the corporation I live in after I had made my purchase. They had no problem working with me to adjust my order and refund the difference in price. This was an extremely pleasant buying experience.
The shed is just perfect for my needs and my yard. Shed liquidators provided the exact shed I wanted when I could get it no other place. They installed in in a tight area on the side of the house, did an excellent job and installed it in a less than a day. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the installation. The shed has been a great addition to the yard and has definitely been worth it.
I purchased a 10x12 Gambrel shed from Shed Liquidators in April 2014. One young man came out in the morning and by 8:30p.m. I had a complete shed on my concrete slab. Excellent craftsmanship, sturdy with quality parts. I'm trying to figure out how to move my shed and take it with me if & when I sell the house! A 100% satisfied customer !
